Linetconf (Linux Networking Configurator) 專案上線

之前的 blog [Linetconf (Linux Networking Configurator)] 介紹到這個衍生自 netapplet 的網路設定工具，今天專案網頁上線，也釋出第一份公開版本 (v0.1.0)，可參考 [Linetconf :: Linux Network Configurator]。
